What documents do I need to rent a car?

You'll need a valid driver's license, a credit card, and a government-issued ID such as a passport or state ID. International customers may also need an International Driving Permit depending on their country of origin.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum age requirement is 21 years old. However, drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Some luxury or specialty vehicles may have higher age requirements.
Can I add an additional driver?

Yes! Additional drivers can be added to your rental agreement. They must meet the same age and license requirements as the primary driver and be present at the time of pickup to sign the agreement.
What is your fuel policy?

We operate on a full-to-full fuel policy. You'll receive the vehicle with a full tank and should return it with a full tank. If you prefer, we also offer a prepaid fuel option for your convenience.
Is insurance included in the rental price?

Basic insurance coverage is included in all our rentals. However, we also offer additional coverage options such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) for extra peace of mind.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before pickup without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
